Duties
? Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
? Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to reinforce learning concepts.
? Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
? Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
? Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation.
? Collaborate with special education staff to support students with diverse learning needs.
? Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.
? Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance tutoring skills and knowledge of best practices in education.
Requirements
? Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
? Familiarity with lesson planning, curriculum development, and educational resources.
? Experience in tutoring or teaching subjects relevant to the position.
? Background in special education or early childhood education is a plus.
? Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
? A genuine passion for educating and supporting students in their academic journey.
