Client Services Coordinator at a startup!

Laborjack is rebuilding how the labor market works by connecting businesses with skilled, reliable workers across events, construction, and warehousing. We move fast, build tech in real time, and we don't have time for people who wait to be told what to do.
This is a ground-floor seat at a company that's scaling hard. If you want to own something real before you're "supposed to," this is your shot.
What You'll Actually Do:
ā¢ Run jobs end-to-end, from the moment a client submits a request to the moment the shift wraps. You own it.
ā¢ Monitor live operations through our internal tooling and make calls in real time. Things will go sideways. You'll see it coming.
ā¢ Dig into data! Analyze shift patterns, worker performance, client feedback and turn it into something actionable. Not a report nobody reads. A decision that you make.
ā¢ Identify what's broken, design a fix, test it, and ship it. We don't have a process for everything yet, that's where you come in.
ā¢ Manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing the thread. Prioritization isn't a skill here, it's a survival trait.
ā¢ Talk to clients and workers constantly. You're the connective tissue between two sides of a marketplace that both need to trust us.
Who We're Looking For:
ā¢ 4+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing or operational role.
ā¢ You think in systems. When something breaks, your first instinct is to understand why.
ā¢ Comfortable with data; ready to dive into Sheets or SQL to analyze trends, gather insights, and make recommendations.
ā¢ Creative problem-solver; you've come up with a solution that surprised someone before.
ā¢ Project management experience. You've owned a workstream, kept it moving, and delivered.
ā¢ Clear communicator; written, verbal, and knowing when to just pick up the phone.
ā¢ High agency. You hate waiting for permission as much as we hate giving it.
ā¢ Bonus: staffing, logistics, dispatch, or marketplace experience.
