React Native Developer
Position: Senior React Native Developer
Location: REMOTE
Type: Full-time (40 hours / week) (You will NOT BE ALLOWED by contract to have another parallel part-time or freelance job.)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, a deep understanding of JavaScript and the React.js library, and experience in mentoring and leading junior developers.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant React Native applications for iOS and Android platformsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirementsWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to industry standards and best practicesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to peers if needed.Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistencyContinuously identify and address technical debt and performance issuesStay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in mobile developmentTroubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development, testing, and production phasesWork independently and as part of a team to complete project deliverables within established timelines
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in developing mobile applications using React NativeStrong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntaxExtensive experience with React.js and its core principlesExperience with Redux or similar state management librariesKnowledge of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVC, MVP, or MVVMExperience with mobile app testing frameworks such as Jest or EnzymeFamiliarity with version control systems such as GitStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice to haves:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience in building and deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play StoreFamiliarity with native mobile app development (iOS or Android)Experience with backend development using Node.js or similar technologiesExperience with other front-end web frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js
