We are looking for Super Star Customer Service abilities! We are seeking a detail-oriented RCM Biller/AR Collections Specialist Super Star to join our team. If you have experience in DENTAL billing and collections are eager to contribute to a dynamic environment, read on!
Essential Job Functions:
β’ Multitasks and the ability to navigate in various billing systems to gather billing and collection information to perform patient collections
β’ Retain and apply multiple aspects of client requirements policy and procedures
β’ Read and interpret and EOB Explanation of Benefits
β’ Enters notes into appropriate databases for future collections efforts and inter-departmental communications
β’ Works inbound and outbound call queues/ emails, effectively communicating with patients and patients to explain balances and the options/process of making payments
β’ Maintain a high level of accuracy, quality control, and performance standards to ensure established goals are consistently met
β’ Communicate with team or lead any issues or concerns
β’ Maintains flexibility regarding schedule changes
β’ Ability to answer questions, escalate when necessary
β’ Maintain professional control of the call, good phone etiquette
β’ Confidence in ability to ask for payment which results in collections.
β’ All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong customer service skills.
β’ Knowledge of dental billing and collections
β’ Self-motivated and adaptable to a coaching environment.
β’ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Education and Experience:
β’ 2+ years of experience working with RCM experience.
β’ Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
β’ Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
β’ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
β’ Minimal travel required (up to 0%).
