The role involves determining liability, verifying policy coverage, and maintaining professional knowledge while protecting the company's reputation and ensuring quality assurance in operations.ResponsibilitiesExercise judgement to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts, utilizing applicable proceduresExercise judgment to determine policy verification and coverage determination by analyzing applicable coverage for claims and determining whether the loss falls within the coverageParticipates in Risk Management Agency initiated reviews and referrals for sake of operations integrity and quality assuranceProtect Zurich’s reputation by keeping claims information confidentialMaintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, staying current with industry trends, establishing personal networks.
