[Remote] Training Analyst

SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). The role involves maintaining applications for computer-based training, conducting training analysis, and developing training curricula and multimedia materials.ResponsibilitiesInterpret tech facing training material to end user training materialEnd user training material development (traditional and video formats)Video format development experienceILT course analysisILT course developmentCustomer collaboration for course development and enhancementWeb based training (traditional and video formats)Monitoring and evaluate training programs as neededReview and process timesheetsComplete weekly reportDisseminate monthly training scheduleDeliver ILTFacilitate 1:1 and tailored mentoring sessionsDevelop internal SOPsSkillsBachelor's and four years or more of related experience.
