Long-established, equitable, northern Minnesota 7-physician private group seeks a new associate to facilitate growth.
• Long-established, equitable Northern Minnesota 8-physician private group seeks a new associate to facilitate growth.
• No call, no weekends, no holidays, no late shifts. 8am to 5pm. Currently, 16 weeks vacation for full time partners. Live on a lake with a 5 minute commute to work.
• One year to equal partner, with income based on days worked. Never fight your partners for a case on the list or get frustrated/stuck with the cancer follow-ups.
• Negotiable associate salary. FT partner salaries will exceed $1m in 2025.
• Excellent contracts with high $/RVU reimbursement. Low-stress hospitals have great equipment and helpful staff. Primary hospitals are in Grand Rapids and Hibbing, Minnesota. Growing volumes. Two recent hires are currently finishing training.
• Currently interviewing applicants who want to be a local, full or part-time, partner. Happy to interview current trainees for a future start date for partner track position.
• Would also consider highly qualified (2+ years out of residency, with a current MN license) hybrid/remote applicants for a non-partnership position.
