Virtual (EDT)- Associate Recruiter – Consultant

The Associate Recruiter is responsible for industry and function-focused candidate sourcing, pre-screening, testing, and qualifying candidates. This position will utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a strong network of diverse candidates within critical skill sets, based on client demand and in support of MGS's core lines of research. This is a W2 contract role requiring experience with Workday ATS and the ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone. The position involves high-volume, full-cycle recruitment, ideally within customer service or inside sales (preferred but not required). Candidates must be comfortable on camera for client-facing meetings and presentations.
