Quantitative Researcher
We are seeking exceptional Quantitative Researchers to develop systematic mid- to long-term strategies across the crypto asset space. The team builds intelligent infrastructure that integrates on-chain and off-chain data while leveraging AI agents to accelerate research workflows and signal discovery. Researchers will work across perpetuals, spot markets, and token ecosystems to identify inefficiencies, develop alpha, and contribute to the deployment of durable systematic strategies. Responsibilities Design and test trading signals using market microstructure, flow dynamics, and token-level data. Conduct research across CEX and DeFi markets, focusing on tradable patterns, inefficiencies, and cross-venue dynamics. Build and refine agent-based tools to support research automation, signal analysis, and strategy prototyping. Incorporate funding, open interest, volume profiles, and other market structure data into predictive models. Develop portfolio allocation models and risk frameworks to support capital deployment and strategy sizing across crypto assets. Collaborate with developers to transition research outputs into production systems. Stay ahead of cutting-edge developments in the latest research across on-chain analytics, blockchain data science, DeFi innovations, and agent-based trading. Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience in systematic strategy research. Strong background in time-series modeling, statistical learning, or portfolio management/asset allocation . Deep understanding of crypto markets, particularly perpetual futures and exchange microstructure. Proficiency in Python and experience working with complex datasets. Experience with AI or agent-based tooling for research automation and signal generation. Familiarity with both centralized and decentralized trading venues.
