As a Quality Engineer at ClickUp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software. You will work closely with our development and product teams to implement effective testing strategies, improve quality, and drive automation using tools like Cypress. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality, automation, and is committed to delivering the best possible user experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of ClickUp's web application to identify and report defects Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets quality standards Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the product's usability and functionality Document and track software defects and issues Investigate and reproduce reported customer issues Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest testing methodologies and tools Optional: Explore automation testing using Cypress and other relevant tools Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience in manual testing of web applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Familiarity with project management and productivity software is a plus Optional: Experience with automation testing tools, particularly Cypress, is a bonus Strong communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment ClickUp is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our growing team.
