Pay Rate: $30 to $33/HR
Duration: 12 months...
Location: Remote (2 Days Onsite a Month in Tarrytown, NY)
Shift: 9 am to 5 pm
(Candidates need to live in the northeast, as there might be a meeting or two that they have to attend in NY)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist - Remote.
Ā This individual works closely with and provides support to the NAM DX LS Marketing Managers on marketing programs and digital campaign strategy & execution.
Ā The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, passion, and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
Responsibilities:
Ā Manage operational tools including:
Ā Owning the workflow for the Legal and Regulatory review tool- referencing and updating the reviewer matrix as needed
Ā Loading approved content into internal platforms for sales enablement, marketing databases and print resources, and auditing inventory quarterly
Ā Managing the internal SharePoint team sites
Ā Supporting campaign execution with project requests and workflows to internal teams such as creative services, email, web, search & social media
Ā Working with internal teams to analyze and report on the effectiveness of channels such as email databases & web engagements
Ā Facilitating projects for vendors including creative agencies and media partners
Ā Supporting digital activations by creating campaign briefs and requesting and implementing tracking URLs for all channels
Ā Creating, publishing, and maintaining sales enablement kits for campaigns
Ā Supporting internal comms with announcements via email, SharePoint sites, or monthly campaign calls
Ā Create monthly & quarterly metric reports using dashboard tools
Ā Partner with marketing managers to review and assess campaign strategies, and execution and suggest new approaches
Required Education & Expertise
Ā Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Ā 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing and/or Communications
Ā Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ā A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment.
Ā The ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
Ā Excellent presentation skills.
Ā Excellent PC skills (MS Office, Smartsheet, etc)
