Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive quality checks and audits on all deliverables within the web department to maintain top-notch standards for our clients and partner brands.Collaborate closely with the web development and design teams to ensure all project elements adhere to established quality guidelines and specifications.Thoroughly test websites, web applications, and digital assets across browsers, devices, and operating systems to guarantee optimal functionality and seamless user experiences.Identify and document bugs, issues, and areas for improvement using detailed and actionable reports.Work with the development team to promptly address and resolve identified issues.Participate in developing and refining quality assurance processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance to continually improve our QA processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or in a similar QA role, showcasing a track record of delivering high-quality results.Strong understanding of web development principles and familiarity with various web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.Proficient in cross-browser and cross-device testing methodologies.Familiarity with testing tools and bug-tracking systems to facilitate efficient issue resolution.Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.A passion for staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in web technologies and quality assurance practices.
