**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with excellent customer service skills to join our remote team. As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. **Responsibilities**

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

* **Customer Service**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
* **Order Management**: Process and manage customer orders, including re-orders and general customer inquiries.
* **Data Entry**: Perform data entry tasks as assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
* **Triage and Resolution**: Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
* **Order Clarification**: Clarify orders as needed to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
* **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

**Requirements**

To be successful as a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will need:

* **Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License**: A valid and active license to practice as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of New Jersey.
* **Previous Experience in Pharmacy**: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a long-term care (LTC) pharmacy environment.
* **Knowledge of Brand Name and Generic Medications**: A strong understanding of brand name and generic medications, including their uses, side effects, and interactions.
* **Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills**: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* **Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using computer software, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant applications.
* **Great Telephone Etiquette**: Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
* **Frameworks / ECM Knowledge**: Knowledge of frameworks and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* **LTC Pharmacy Experience**: Previous experience in a long-term care pharmacy environment is highly preferred.
* **Certifications**: Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Clinical Pharmacy Technician (CCPhT) is a plus.
