Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services offered by the organization, and will be a key contributor to the organization's success. This position requires a unique blend of technical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for quality assurance, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology• At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance• Proficiency in software design and testing methodologies• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop solutions• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement a quality assurance system to ensure the organization meets industry standards.
Evaluate products and services to ensure conformance to established standards.
Monitor the performance of the organization's products and services to identify areas for improvement.
Identify and analyze defects in products and services and develop corrective action plans.
Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics and reports.
Document and update procedures, policies and processes related to quality assurance.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure quality assurance goals are met.
Provide feedback to stakeholders and management on the progress of quality assurance initiatives.
Provide technical support to other departments when required.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
