[Remote] IT Technician

They are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Fast Team IT Technician, responsible for providing remote support to clients and ensuring clear communication while assisting with technical issues. Responsibilities Provide first-level support for service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technology-related issues, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software Deliver remote IT support, including in Windows servers, Active Directory, Office365, and DNS User creation/termination app install, printer setups Monitor the remote monitoring and management system for alerts and notifications, promptly responding through service tickets Maintain and update system documentation using ConnectWise and IT Glue Communicate professionally with clients, providing exceptional service and support Skills Basic understanding of troubleshooting systems Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide efficient solutions Excellent multitasking skills and adaptability to rapidly changing environments Quick learning ability for new software and troubleshooting tools Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet service commitments Recognize when it's appropriate to escalate support tickets Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude A+ or other relevant certification Benefits Nationwide medical insurance.
