Working on footwear quality management at manufacturing floor and conducting SKECHERS AQL standard for final inspection before goods leaving factory gates Working on footwear quality management at manufacturing floor and conducting SKECHERS AQL standard for final inspection before goods leaving factory gates. • Able to work remotely and follow company needs for job rotation. • Working with factory to apply SKECHERS MQA tools at manufacturing floor to ensure factory under SKECHERS best practices. • Controlling quality /SOP well followed at factory’s subcontractors. • Spend at least 2 hours online process auditing to ensure process is right to quality. • Strictly working with factory on their chemical management to prevent any bonding issues. • Raw materials checking to follow SPEC and Confirmation sample. • Verify materials physical testing result to ensure testing samples, report integrity to standard. • Report any factory matter to manager to ensure SKECHERS’ quality, Intellectual Property well secure. • USE Pivot 88 tooling to get inspection report upload correctly and in time. • Follow SKECHERS Code of Conduct to perform quality management. • Follow 1st pair policy to review 1st pair carefully when new styles are online. • Conduct Daily fitting to avoid any fit issue which conflicts with LA approved Extreme samples. • Cooperate with factory’s working schedule to avoid any delay due to late inspection. • Willing to accept any correction due to work not done according to company’s expectations. • Participate Die Test and related commercialization initiative • Manage factory 6S and anti-molding initiatives.
