The Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the project. You will be responsible for quality analysis efforts on multiple applications, drive process improvements, and champion a culture of continuous improvement You will conduct quality audits and reviews to help ensure quality process and products are implemented. - Identify additional product and service opportunities in customer organization.Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in related field.- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.- 2 years or more of related experience with telecommunications and relay services.- Knowledge of Public utilities and transportation regulatory policy analysis and formulation.- Knowledge of Principles, practices, and trends of public and business administration, and management.- Other related certification(s).- California residency preferred.- Proficient with American Sign Language preferred.- Experience working with the deaf and disabled community required.- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US .Home Office Requirements:- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.- Remote workers required internet speed policy: minimum download speed is 20 Mbps and 5 Mbps upload; Shared connection requirement is 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
