QC Editor – Legal Transcriptions
We are hiring experienced QC Editors for Legal Transcriptions who have a keen ear, strong attention to detail, and a solid background in legal terminology and documentation. The ideal candidate should be capable of editing or QC 5 to 6 hours of audio per day, ensuring high-quality, error-free legal transcripts.
Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed quality checks on legal transcriptions.
• Edit and proofread transcripts for accuracy, grammar, legal terminology, formatting, and punctuation.
• Ensure all transcripts meet strict legal and client-specific standards.
• Deliver completed files within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with transcriptionists and project managers for consistency and accuracy.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in legal transcription editing/QC.
• Ability to edit or QC at least 5 to 6 hours of audio content per day.
• Strong command over English and legal language.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and own system setup.
