Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies (training included).
• Familiarity with computer applications like Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of manual and automated testing concepts is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Availability to participate in a paid training program prior to placement.
