Job Title: QA & Security Specialist – Enterprise Applications Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (W2 Only) Contract Length: TBD (Estimated 12–18 months) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Work Model: Remote / Hybrid Location: New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), New York, NY Anticipated Start Date: TBD Job Description Paramint LLC is seeking a QA & Security Specialist to ensure the quality, performance, and security of RHY Connect, a public-facing enterprise platform. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance • Develop test plans, test cases, and defect reports • Perform system integration and user acceptance testing Security & Compliance • Conduct security testing (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning) • Support compliance with security assurance processes Performance Testing • Execute stress, load, and performance testing • Validate system reliability and scalability Required Qualifications (Mandatory) • 5+ years of QA/testing experience • Experience with enterprise application testing • Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies • Experience with performance testing Desirable Skills / Experience • Experience with compliance-heavy or public sector systems • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility testing • Experience with Power Platform To be considered, please email the following [email protected]: ✔ Updated resume ✔ Two professional references (name, title, organization, email, phone) ✔ Confirmation of W-2 contract eligibility ✔ Confirmation of ability to work in a hybrid/remote model as required Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week Application Question(s): • Are you willing to work on a full-time W-2 contract?
