What We’re Looking For:
• Active Real Estate License with MLS access
• Experience with contract-to-close, listing, and buyer management
• Ability to prospect and secure your own agent relationships
• Tech-savvy and highly organized
What We Offer:
• Support for Building Your Client Base: We guide you in prospecting and securing agents to grow your dedicated TC roster.
• Compensation: Paid per file with a fair split between the company and you.
Your Role:
• Manage transactions from contract to close
• Draft listing and buyer paperwork
• Input listings into the MLS
• Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients
• Ensure all deadlines and paperwork are accurate and compliant
• Keep transactions organized in a fast-paced environment
