QA Lead/ Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA professional to lead quality assurance efforts, ensure high-quality releases, and drive both manual and automation testing. The role involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to improve overall product quality.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards
ā¢ Perform manual and/or automated testing for web, mobile, and APIs
ā¢ Participate in sprint, regression, and release testing
ā¢ Identify, track, and resolve defects
ā¢ Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
ā¢ Communicate risks, issues, and quality metrics
ā¢ Mentor junior team members and improve QA processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ 5+ years of QA experience, including 1ā2 years in a lead role
ā¢ Strong manual testing skills with knowledge of automation frameworks
ā¢ Experience with SaaS products and API testing (e.g., Postman)
ā¢ Understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
ā¢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
