QA Lead
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionality.
Design and implement automated test suites using tools like Playwright, Katalon, Selenium, or equivalent.
Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Ensure the quality of builds for scalable and resilient solutions.
Experience with REST API testing using Postman.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Katalon, Selenium, or equivalent.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or equivalent.
Solid understanding of REST APIs and experience using Postman for API testing.
Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello).
