QA Intern

The QA Engineer Intern will work with the Business Systems Team to perform QA testing, support data integrity reviews, and participate in Agile processes. Responsibilities Perform QA Testing and Regression activities Participate in team meetings within the Agile sprint processes Troubleshoot access issues and permission set conflicts Support data integrity reviews and data loads (Data Loader, Import Wizard) Build and update reports & dashboards Document processes, fixes, and knowledge base updates Participate in weekly team syncs, platform enhancement discussions Skills Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university Curiosity, willingness to learn and passion for Salesforce system Strong Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work with a global team Clear communication and customer first mindset Technical interests in Automation, flows, Apex and integrations Good understanding of the SDLC process Developer Fundamentals: Apex, LWC, SOQL Integrations: REST/SOAP basics, Postman DevOps: Change Sets, Git, Gearset/Copado Benefits High-quality health benefits after 90 days Retirement Plan with employer match Paid Time Off benefits Company Overview Barracuda is a leading global cybersecurity company providing complete protection against complex threats for all size business.
