QA Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer who is eager to take part in shaping the future of how we build insurance at Lemonade. This is a great role for someone who’s passionate about technology, exceptional quality, and loves automation.You’ll be instrumental in bringing features to the finish line while collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Data teams—working towards the collective goal of delivering a seamless, joyful experience for our customers.In this role you’llBe part of a scrum product team and develop test plans scenarios as part of the “shift left” practices. Lead and engage developers in testing and automation.Work closely during the sprint with engineers in order to deliver the most quality productsDesign and execute automated end-to-end regression and sanity tests, identifying gaps and deficienciesInvestigate product quality issues to uphold high-quality standardsCollaborate with Product and other teams to manage documentation and ensure timely releasesAssess delivery readiness and maintain outstanding UX/UI standards through manual testing as neededWhat you’ll need4+ years of QA experienceExperience testing, creating and running automation tests for APIs, either by writing code or using tools like PostmanFamiliarity with QA methodologies and documentation standardsStrong attention to detail with a focus on the bigger pictureAbility to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problemsIndependent, fast learner with strong interpersonal and collaborative skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and HebrewHands-on experience writing automated tests in Cypress/Playwright, an advantageAvailability to work in the office at least three times a weekEnthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
