We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to improve our testing practices, with a primary focus on backend systems. The ideal candidate will establish robust End-to-End testing frameworks, improve our automation infrastructure, and ensure reliable releases. You'll work closely with our development team to implement efficient testing processes that maintain high product quality while improving development velocity. Key Responsabilities Design and implement comprehensive End-to-End testing strategies for our backend systemsDevelop and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and scriptsReview PRs with a focus on testing quality and coverageEstablish reliable test data management and environment practicesCreate clear documentation for testing processes and standardsIdentify opportunities to improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability Key Deliverables Assessment of current testing practicesComprehensive End-to-End testing strategy and implementationReusable automation framework componentsTesting process documentation and standardsRegular test coverage and quality reports Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in QA automationStrong knowledge of backend testing methodologies, particularly API testingExperience setting up and maintaining test automation frameworksProficiency in at least one testing language/frameworkUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and testing integration Nice to Have SRE experience or knowledge of reliability engineering principlesFrontend testing expertiseExperience with Nest.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, and TypeScriptFamiliarity with blockchain technology and/or gamingExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines What We Offer An exciting opportunity to be part of a well-funded startup revolutionizing the gaming & esports industry.Competitive salary, including a token incentive package.Weekly gaming sessions with our team and community members.Bi-yearly team retreats and financial support for attending conferences and events of interest.A flexible remote work environment.
