You’ll work remotely, providing compassionate, evidence-based care while helping patients achieve balance and better mental health. To ensure smooth patient care, providers must clock in for at least 1 hour per day, 5 days per week. Clinical supervision is provided to avoid delays in patient care and support ongoing professional growth. What You'll Be Doing: Provide psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy sessions via telehealth Administer and oversee at-home ketamine therapy (for eligible patients) Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all clinical regulatory standards What We’re Looking For: Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Indiana, Georgia (required) DEA license and active licensure in at least five other states At least three years of experience in psychiatric or telehealth settings Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach to care Experience or interest in integrative medicine, weight loss, or alternative therapies is a plus Reliable remote setup and ability to work independently while staying connected to the team Schedule & Compensation: Part-time contractor, starting at 10 hours/week with room to grow up to full-time (40 hours/week) Must clock in for 1 hour per day, 5 days per week Paid per completed appointments, chart review, or training sessions Clinical supervision provided for ongoing support and collaboration Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Be part of a team transforming mental health care through holistic, innovative therapies Build long-term relationships within a growth-minded, collaborative environment Enjoy the flexibility of remote work and multistate licensure opportunities Receive mentorship and support as you advance in your career If you’re a compassionate clinician ready to deliver transformative care and connect deeply with patients, we’d love to meet you.
