About the Role: Supporting Healthcare Providers As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in supporting healthcare providers who care for our members. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless interactions across multiple channels, including phone calls and concurrent chats. You'll be the advocate for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership in resolving complex issues related to benefits, billing, clinical authorizations, and more. Primary Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Service Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner. Effectively triage contacts from healthcare professionals, identifying their needs and providing accurate solutions or escalating issues as necessary. Research and resolve complex issues related to prior authorizations, claims, and other provider concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure issues are addressed and communicated effectively to providers, promoting a cohesive and supportive environment. Utilize multiple systems to extract necessary information, navigate complex provider inquiries, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Influence providers to adopt self-service digital tools, enhancing their experience and facilitating faster issue resolution. Requirements: The Ideal Candidate To excel in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and resolving customer concerns. Proficiency in computer applications, including the ability to learn new and complex systems. A typing speed of 35-40 WPM with an accuracy rate of 90% or higher. Flexibility to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), with the possibility of occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Application While not mandatory, the following qualifications can significantly enhance your application: Prior experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare terminology. Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, using phones and computers as primary tools. You'll also require a dedicated workspace that is separate from other living areas and provides information privacy, as well as a reliable high-speed internet connection.
