What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Serve as the advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
• Provide service to providers through multiple channels, including calls and concurrent chat
• Quickly triage contacts from healthcare professionals, answering questions and resolving issues
• Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to avoid repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution and communication of issues to providers

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns
• Typing speed of 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Experience with computer and Windows PC applications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology
• Experience in a related environment (i.e., office, call center, customer service) using phones and computers as primary tools
