Proposal Manager

Description · Promptly initiate Client Proposals and Amendments upon request from BD and operational team o Target 5-day TAT or better o Refer to and update Salesforce CRM opportunities where applicable · Select proper proposal template (Resolian or client-owned) and rate cards · Collect relevant information from BD and Operational colleagues and manage the proposal preparation process. · Thorough compilation of all appropriate services, costs, regulatory caveats · Initiate, track, and finalize proposals on company cloud (Sharepoint) · Submit final/agreed proposals to Resolian management for e-signature · Receipt and administration of awarded projects o Update appropriate CRM and business platforms o Execute Award Notifications to appropriate BD, Management and Operations o File and record final contract documents (CRM and Sharepoint) · Assist Commercial Operations management o CRM and/or other platform updates and optimization initiatives o Client RFI and legal document organization and completion Requirements · Bioanalytical or Life Sciences degree and/or experience highly preferred · Well organized with acute attention to detail (essential) · Strong interpersonal communications skills (essential) · Confident, friendly, proactive team player and relationship-builder (essential) · Excellent written communication skills (essential) · Broad IT competence (Word, Excel, Database etc.) (essential) · Basic understanding of pharma development and outsourcing processes (desirable, not essential) · Commercial awareness (desirable, not essential) Summary As an integral member of the Commercial Operations team in support of the Business Development (BD) team, the remit of this role is to intake opportunity requests, and prepare corresponding proposals and other documentation required to support the sale of the services. PMs are required to be proficient in all aspects of the Business Development process, IT platforms, and in depth understanding of B2B Service lines. The role will require a strong collaboration with operational scientific managers to bring together the correct services, cost assumptions, templates and supporting information to prepare accurate, well-presented proposals to maximize our opportunity to win business. The role will be remote based (USA) and will work under the direction of the Senior Director, Commercial Operations, but support all members of the Business Development team.
