Role Description Mercor is recruiting Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers as independent contractors working on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies. This project involves using your professional experience to design questions related to your occupation as a Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers. We aim to make the hourly compensation rate offered to you competitive based on your professional background and geographic location. The work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule. This project requires that you be able to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week. The work will last for approximately 3-4 weeks after you begin the project. Please note you will need access to a desktop or laptop computer for this project and that we cannot accept applicants who use chromebook computers. Qualifications 4+ years full-time work experience as a Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Requirements We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role. We will pay you out weekly via Stripe Connect based on the number of project work hours that you log. You will be classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor. Please note that we cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
