Property Management Specialist (Remote – Philippines)
Location: Remote
Salary: PHP 50,000/month + Performance Bonuses

About the Role
SmartScale360 is looking for a Property Management Specialist to support our U.S.-based property operations. You’ll handle daily property management tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experiences.
This role is ideal for candidates with short-term rental or property operations experience who are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage guest communication across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, direct bookings)
Ensure timely, professional responses aligned with brand standards
Handle escalated guest issues via phone, email, or messaging
Proactively identify and resolve guest service gaps
Coordinate guest-related operational requests, including:Pool heating requests
Guest special accommodations
Vendor coordination for cleaning and maintenance
Monitor supply inventory and coordinate restocking needs
Ensure listings are accurate and updated across all booking platforms
Process guest refunds accurately and promptly
Submit and track damage claims with insurance providers
Assist with Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) filings
Support basic bookkeeping and financial tracking tasks
Maintain and improve operational workflows and SOP compliance
Ensure consistent execution of property standards across all listings
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Uphold high service standards and overall guest experience quality

Required Qualifications
1+ year of property management or short-term rental experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams
Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High level of accountability and ownership
Work-From-Home Requirements:
