WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
We have assignments available to help our retail broker clients in Commercial and/or Personal Lines Claims Representative positions. Responsibilities include:
Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.
Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.
Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.
Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.
Generate claims reports.
Experience with an agency management system highly desired.
TO BECOME A WORK-AT-HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE
25 years of full-time work experience
10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience specifically claims management in retail broker environment
