They are seeking an experienced NetSuite OpenAir Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle NetSuite OpenAir solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite OpenAir implementation projectsGather and document business requirements related to Professional Services Automation (PSA), project management, resource management, timesheets, expense management, and project accountingConfigure and customize OpenAir modules to meet business requirementsConduct solution design workshops and recommend best practicesDevelop functional specifications and process documentationCollaborate with NetSuite technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration activitiesConfigure workflows, approval processes, project templates, billing rules, and reporting dashboardsSupport UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and production deploymentProvide end-user training and post-go-live supportAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automationEnsure alignment between OpenAir, NetSuite ERP, CRM, and third-party applicationsSkills5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle NetSuite OpenAirStrong understanding of Professional Services Automation (PSA) processesHands-on experience with: Project Management, Resource Management, Time & Expense Management, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Billing & Invoicing, Utilization TrackingExperience conducting requirement gathering and solution design workshopsStrong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skillsExperience with data migration, integrations, and system testingAbility to work independently in a remote consulting environmentExperience integrating OpenAir with NetSuite ERP and other enterprise applicationsKnowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platformsExperience with financial services, consulting, SaaS, or professional services organizationsOracle NetSuite/OpenAir certifications preferredExperience with reporting tools, dashboards, and analyticsCompany OverviewStaffWorxs is an IT consulting and services firm that provides application development, project management, and data services.
