Promotions & Events Specialist (Hybrid)

As a Promotion and Events Specialist you will plan, develop, and implement events including conferences, conventions, and experiential one-off's, etc. You will conduct searches and provide recommendations for meeting and event sites. In this Hybrid role, you will be expected to spend at least 50% of your time (2-3 days per week) working from the office. Position Compensation Range: $56,000.00 - $92,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities • You will participate in the logistical planning and management for conventions, conferences, meetings and experiential events. •Participate in the management and reconciliation of event budgets, ensuring completion within acceptable budget tolerances. •Plan, develops and distributes communications for promotions and events. •Lead mobile app administration for large scale events. •Develop and documents processes for promotions and events. •Partners with external vendors for promotional and e-store items and promotional item requirements from multiple partners. •Develop and maintains contest surveys and results for experiential events. •Administer service award program for field force. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements •Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. •Experience leading small to medium projects. •Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional environment. •Solid knowledge and understanding of sales force motivation principles.
