They are seeking a Designer & Creative Content Producer to join their brand creative team remotely, focusing on graphic design, content production, and maintaining brand consistency across various platforms.ResponsibilitiesGraphic design and package design across our product lineWeb assets for our Webflow brand site and Shopify storePrint and digital advertising materialsMerchandise designMaintaining brand consistency across all visual touchpointsCreating designs, photos, and short-form content tailored for intended platformsDeveloping educational content supporting recording artists and home studio producersBuilding and executing email marketing assets and campaignsMaintaining and evolving Lauten’s visual standards across all formatsMaking autonomous creative decisions consistent with the brand without constant directionBuilding and maintaining design systems and asset libraries that keep creative output scalableSkillsStrong design fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and composition, with a design portfolio of finished, shipped workComfort working across formats: print, digital, social, photography, and short-form videoSelf-directed by nature — you manage your own workload and know what to prioritizeA genuine connection to music, audio, or recording cultureProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applicationsExperience working in-house at a small company or boutique brand with broad creative scopeFamiliarity with Webflow, Shopify, HubSpot, or KlaviyoPhoto or video production capability beyond editingComfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
