Project Support Intern (Khmer-speaking)

Responsibilities
Support project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, process notes, and follow-up trackers.

Assist in documenting business processes and creating simple process flows.

Apply basic understanding of finance/accounting when supporting project work (e.g. costs, revenue, workflows).

Provide Khmer/English communication support for business and project discussions.

Help coordinate local meetings, workshops, and stakeholder follow-ups.

Support backend administrative work for project teams by maintaining organized and structured project documents and records.

Support preparation of basic reports and presentations under guidance.

Escalate risks, delays, or unclear requirements to the project managers and account managers.

Support client-facing teams, but not independently own consulting deliverables.

Requirements
Postgraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields is preferred.

Basic understanding of business processes and finance/accounting concepts (e.g. costs, revenue, workflows)

Strong documentation, and organization skills.

Good communication skills in Khmer and Business English.

Basic understanding of business processes, administration, or project coordination.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under supervision in a structured project environment.
