Project & Program Management Consultant I - (Remote)
About the position
The Enterprise Project & Program Management Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects of multiple low complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a more senior project/program manager. The projects or programs the employee manages have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates
ā¢ Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
ā¢ Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements
ā¢ Drives achievement of project or program success factors
ā¢ Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements
ā¢ Acts as an internal advocate for the project
ā¢ Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues
ā¢ Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives
ā¢ Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs
