Project Manager/Scrum Master
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 6-12 Months

Project Planning and Management:
Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, manage JIRA/Kanban board and process flow.
Scrum Management:
ā¢ Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
ā¢ Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
ā¢ Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating communication and resolving impediments.
ā¢ Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, confluence, etc.) is a must.
Accountability and Ownership:
ā¢ Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
ā¢ Monitor project progress, communicate issues and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
ā¢ Stakeholder Communication:
ā¢ Maintain clear and continual communication with IT leadership, providing regular project updates.
Team Collaboration:
ā¢ Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
ā¢ Encourage team members to take accountability for their work and contributions to the project.
ā¢ Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to understand their roles and responsibilities.
Follow-up and Timeliness:
ā¢ Diligently follow up on project timelines and deliverables.
ā¢ Ensure all tasks and activities are completed according to the project schedule.
ā¢ Conduct regular reviews to ensure projects remain on track and address any deviations promptly.
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering Technical Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
ā¢ Ability to communicate with architects and technical leaders to understand technology/technical-related choices and create related stories
ā¢ Minimum 5 years of IT experience and working with Software Development teams.
ā¢ Minimum 3 years of experience working with Project Management tools such as JIRA, MS Project Plan, etc.
ā¢ Experience working in an Agile environment.
ā¢ Understanding of Mobile, Web, and RESTful backend APIs
ā¢ Possess excellent communication skills.
ā¢ Experience working as a Scrum Master
ā¢ Experience working with remote teams in different time zones.
ā¢ Experience leading software development teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Any Project Management/Scrum Master/Cloud Certifications are a plus.
ā¢ Any previous Software Development experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Quality Analyst, or Software Developer is a plus.
ā¢ Experience working with Vendors and cross-functional teams.
