What Is Required (Qualifications)
Knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
Strong negotiation and stakeholder relationship management skills
Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement
Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio
Excellent organization, project planning, and time management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in risk management or government-related projects
Familiarity with corporate/public regulations and compliance standards
Previous leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Understanding of emerging technologies in the risk management space
