Privately held construction management firm, nearly 30 years in business, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team!

Built its reputation working almost exclusively with federal agencies and has more recently expanded into select state and municipal work.

The Northeast team includes a core group of senior professionals who support work across ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, and CT.

The company is known for navigating complex government requirements while maintaining strong communication and long term field relationships.

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Managing government construction projects from planning through closeout
• Supporting multiple projects across New England with minimal travel required
• Coordinating with federal, state, and municipal stakeholders
• Tracking project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Utilizing Procore and Microsoft Office for reporting and project controls
• Participating in onsite walkthroughs and milestone meetings as needed
• Communicating regularly with senior leadership and field partners
• Ensuring compliance with government standards and contract requirements

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate has the following qualifications:
• 3 or more years of experience as an APM or PM in construction
• Prior government or public sector project experience preferred
• Commercial construction background also considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Procore and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work remotely while managing multiple stakeholders
• Located in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island to be able to travel to project sites
• MUST be able to pass a background check
