About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Amazon Locker+ retail locations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns and pickups, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:
Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
Assist customers with questions they may have and work through problem-solving scenarios
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including opening and closing the site
Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
Receive truck deliveries and manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location
What You'll Need:
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
