The Opportunity
This is an entry-level role in a fast-growing business, ideal for someone who wants early responsibility, exposure to real-world operations, and the chance to develop quickly within a supportive and experienced department.
You�ll be at the heart of our operations�helping to deploy medical professionals to remote industrial field settings and ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through delivery. No two days are the same, and you�ll thrive if you enjoy variety, challenge, and learning on the job.
What You�ll Be Doing
Working closely with experienced project managers and operational leaders, you will:
Coordinate the deployment of medical personnel to remote and industrial project sites
Plan and book personnel logistics, including travel and accommodation
Support payroll coordination and operational administration
Manage day-to-day operational and personnel queries
Liaise professionally with client contacts and internal stakeholders
Assist with performance tracking, reviews, and personnel coordination
Help solve operational problems�often in new or unfamiliar scenarios
Keep multiple workstreams moving by prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to understand and work with IT regarding shipping software.

The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position is in a standard warehouse environment with desktop business equipment and frequent telephone calls. Noise level is moderate.

Employee must be able to work in close contact with small and large groups. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, unassisted. Frequent hearing and talking is required.
