What you will be doing:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within scope and quality standards.
Create / manage detailed project plans, tracking deliverables, budget, and dependencies, while actively mitigating risks.
Monitor KPIs and OKRs
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring clear alignment.
Facilitate transparent communication and proactive status reporting to all stakeholders.
Champion Agile best practices and continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and frameworks.
Develop and maintain tools, templates, and frameworks to boost project delivery efficiency and quality.
What our client is looking for:
Experienced client-facing Project Manager (10+ years, FinTech/enterprise software) with strong technical literacy in software engineering, cloud, and data systems.
Essential PMI/PMP, advantageous Agile/Scrum.
Proven success in critical project and relationship management, known for strategic decision-making and creative solutions in fast-paced environments.
Skilled in leading planning sessions for stakeholder alignment and identifying trends/risks via metrics, feedback, and financials.
Calm, approachable, authentic, managing pressure with clear communication.
Familiar with SOC and ISO compliance.
