**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Time with an hour unpaid break

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Data Entry Associate to join our Accounting team at careerzynith. As an Accounting Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for maximizing our refunds for UPS damages claims, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our suppliers, and resolving inventory discrepancies with internal and external parties. **Responsibilities**
As an Accounting Data Entry Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for the following:
* Submitting UPS and freight damage claims daily with a special attention to older claims
* Completing all damaged and missing package claim paperwork
* Reviewing refund checks for accuracy and marking them as paid
* Updating corresponding documents with the status of each claim at each stage
* Price checking and reviewing all invoices for approval prior to payment
* Resolving inventory discrepancies with internal and external parties
* Creating payments to ensure vendors are paid accurately and in a timely manner, with discounts applied appropriately
* Data entry using NetSuite
* Effectively working with various internal parties to resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders (POs), and payments
* Responding to all co-worker and vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
**Requirements**

* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business (or a related field)
* Proficient data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail
* A pleasant and personal demeanor
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Extremely organized and strong follow-through
