About the role:As a Project Manager at Mozaiq, your role will be both strategic and hands-on. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality PM solutions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about managing projects and aspires to take on a leadership role within the team.Responsibilities:
Asana Import and Setup

Build a production schedule incorporating all stages of the process and corresponding stakeholders/assignees:


Content deadlines


Web deadlines


Design deadlines


MOPs deadlines




Manage approvals


Import the finalized schedules into Asana.

QA the campaign board to ensure accuracy in:


Assignees


Automations


Dates




Oversee Asset Production


Manage and update tasks on the campaign board for anchor assets.


Adjust tasks and deadlines as necessary to address changes.


Ensure all deadlines are met and proactively flag any potential slowdowns.


Confirm automations are in place and functioning properly.


Coordinate between stakeholders and assignees to ensure asset delivery.


Provide support to external users, especially across different time zones.


Track progress and keep team members on schedule.


Oversee Supporting Asset Production


Manage and update tasks on the campaign board for supporting assets.


Adjust tasks and deadlines as necessary to address changes.


Ensure all deadlines are met and proactively flag any potential slowdowns.


Confirm automations are in place and functioning properly.


Coordinate between stakeholders and assignees to ensure smooth delivery of assets.


Provide support to external users, especially across different time zones.


Track progress and ensure team members remain aligned with timelines.


Managing the backend process of uploading, scheduling, and reviewing published blog content with a focus on design consistency and quality assurance.


Conduct thorough QA to minimize post-publishing corrections


Create new UTMs with every new asset and update editor manual with them


Ensure article CTAs have the correct asset UTM (text vs inpost)


Maintain CTA library


Update the homepage experience for main Intake site


Upload CTA blocks


Provide general content support as needed, including troubleshooting formatting issues and implementing updates + QA-ing published content


Requirements:


At least 4 years of professional experience as a Web Project Manager/Digital Project Manager.


Proven experience in team management and web project delivery.


Solid understanding of web technologies, especially WordPress.


Strong leadership skills and ambition to progress into a team leader role.


Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


Excellent communication skills, as all internal communications are in English.


Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.


Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

The work is remote as our team is spread across the continents. We are open to flexible hours, however we may need you to be online between 18:00 and 20:30 CET (as part of the marketing team is US based, 6-9 hours behind).
