[Remote] Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will partner with Senior Leadership to drive enterprise-wide performance visibility, planning, and decision support, combining financial rigor with business insight.ResponsibilitiesAct as a right-hand partner to the VP of Finance, supporting key priorities and special projectsQuarterly and Monthly Business Reviews with Accounting, Regional Sales leadership, and Commercial teamsTranslate financial results into clear, actionable insights, and executive-level narrativesIdentify key drivers, risks, opportunities, and partner with leadership to drive outcomesPartner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between financial performance and operational executionDrive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reporting speed, and decision-making effectivenessIdentify and address process breakdowns that create time, cost, or resource leakage across the organizationLead the 12-month rolling forecasting and long-range planning processes across all channels and departmentsEnsure strategic priorities are fully aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and translated into the financial planBuild and maintain robust, scalable planning models and assumption frameworksContinuously improve forecast accuracy and planning disciplinePartner cross-functionally to support enterprise initiatives, resource allocation, and investment decisionsDeliver scenario modeling and forward-looking insights to guide decision-makingLead and manage a team of 2 analysts, setting clear priorities, expectations, and accountability for resultsCoach and develop team members to strengthen both technical expertise and business partnership capabilitiesElevate team performance by instilling a culture of ownership, rigor, and continuous developmentEnsure high-quality, timely deliverables across planning, reporting, and analysisBuild bench strength through active talent development, succession planning, and performance managementFoster strong collaboration within Finance and across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and executionSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance or a related field10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in CPG, beverage alcohol, or other inventory-related fieldDemonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve processes and automate workflowsStrong command of corporate finance and accounting principlesStrong data analysis capabilities required, including advanced Excel skillsAbility to work independently with minimal guidanceDemonstrated ability to manage large datasets, interact with business intelligence systems and data visualization platforms such as Power BIStrong analytical, decision making, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with ERP, EPM, and Business Intelligence platformsHighly motivated, results oriented individual who excels in dynamic environmentAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and make ongoing decisionsExcellent time management, project planning, and organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsMBA and/or CPABenefitsCompetitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with 100% vesting, company-paid life insurance, and flexible vacation.Monthly wellbeing stipend, professional development opportunities, and employee assistance program.Company OverviewInfinium is a family-owned spirits company known for building world-class brands.
