Project Field Service Specialist

The Project Field Service Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with kiosk host sites, ensuring compliance and support for client programs while conducting outreach and evaluations.ResponsibilitiesConduct outreach, recruitment, and relationship management with kiosk host sites through cold calling, site visits, and ongoing engagementEvaluate, recruit, and onboard eligible host sites in support of product stewardship programs (EX: medication, sharps, inhaler)Coordinate kiosk installations with vendors and host sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and program requirementsPerform functional inspections, audits, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of kiosk host sitesManage take-back events and oversee on-site personnelOrient and support kiosk host site managers, including representatives from law enforcement, pharmacies, medical offices, clinics, and hospitalsDistribute and support mail-back materials and stations as neededProvide marketing and informational materials (flyers, posters, signage, POS materials) to current and prospective sitesEnsure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliantCapture and report program data to support internal and external reporting requirementsProvide regular progress updates to meet project objectives and timelinesOvernight travel.
