About the position Texas Health is seeking a passionate Program Manager to lead our Complaints and Grievances program across 250+ clinics in the DFW area. This role supports patient safety and risk management initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving high reliability practices. Responsibilities β€’ Lead investigations into patient complaints and grievances β€’ Analyze medical records, interview staff, and compile timelines β€’ Educate staff on patient safety, risk management, and HRO principles β€’ Collaborate with committees and task forces to implement safety initiatives β€’ Prepare reports and visualizations for leadership and board presentations β€’ Ensure compliance with national, state, and local healthcare regulations β€’ Trend and manage complaints, potential compensatory events, and feedback β€’ Analyze data to identify harm reduction strategies β€’ Build strong relationships across departments to enhance communication Requirements β€’ Bachelor’s in Nursing or related clinical field (Master’s preferred) β€’ 5+ years in clinical healthcare, including 3+ in risk/patient safety β€’ RN or other clinical license required β€’ Experience leading inter-professional teams β€’ RN (Registered Nurse) or other clinical healthcare license β€’ CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality β€’ CPPS – Certified Professional in Patient Safety β€’ CPHRM – Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management β€’ CRM – Certified Risk Manager Nice-to-haves β€’ Familiarity with High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles Benefits β€’ Remote flexibility with meaningful onsite collaboration β€’ Autonomous work environment β€’ Opportunity to impact patient safety across a large network β€’ Supportive leadership and professional development Apply tot his job
