Your Role in Our Mission
At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Program Management Director, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in building efficient processes, and problem-solving in real time to help us advance novel therapeutics rooted in natural chemistry—because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions. What You’ll Do
Leading program planning and execution for 1–2 clinical assets, from development through delivery
Defining and evolving program timelines, milestones, and resource plans
Facilitating key cross-functional team meetings and sub-teams
Surfacing risks and helping shape mitigation strategies
Co-creating best-in-class clinical program processes and infrastructure
Partnering with SMEs and leaders across Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, and Strategy
Building the connective tissue that helps Enveda’s programs run smarter, faster, and better We’re Looking For:
8+ years in biotech/pharma with 4+ in a program management capacity
Strong preference for prior startup and early-stage company experience
The ideal candidate will bring high energy, a strong eagerness to learn, and the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Proven success managing clinical programs (indication-agnostic)
Exceptional communication and change management capabilities are essential, along with the ability to cultivate strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated strength in navigating complex challenges, including the confidence to escalate critical issues and make difficult decisions when necessary
Expertise in tools like Smartsheets, Box, and timeline/project planning software
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and PMP certification a plus Additional Information
